Hershey's Double Chocolate Mint Cookies


⅔ cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup Hershey's Cocoa
½ teaspoon baking soda
7frac14; teaspoon salt
1⅔ cups (10-oz. pkg) Hershey's Mint Chocolate Chips


  1. Heat oven to 350°F

  2. Beat butter and sugar in latge bowl until creamy

  3. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.

  4. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

  5. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture, beating well.

  6. Stir in mint chocolate chips.

  7. Dry by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

  8. Bake 9 or 9 minutes or just until set; do not overbake

  9. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet to wire rack

  10. Cool completely
