Mini Pecan Tartlets

Ingredients

½ cup cream cheese, softened
½ plus 1 teaspoon butter, softened and divided
1 cup all purpose flour
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans

  1. Makes 24 tartlets

  2. Depending on the size of your "mini" muffin pans, you may have too much or too little filling
