Pork with Orange and Cranberry
Ingredients
cracked black pepeercorns
1 tsp grape seed oil
Marinade:
1 cup (250 mL) fresh orange juice
2 tsp grated orange rind
¼ tsp ground cloves
3 Tbsp cranberry sauce
Directions
- Trim all visible fat from meat
- Combine marinade ingredients in a glass bowl
- Add meat and marinade for 1 - 2 hours
- Remove steaks from marinade and cover with peppercorns
- Heat oil in nonstick frying pan
- Cook steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked
- Set steajs aside but keep warm
- Strain remaining marinade and pour into a sucepan.
- Bring to a boil and boil rapidly to reduce slightly
- Spoon sauce over steaks and serve
