Creamy Morsels
Ingredients
1 cup butterscotch chips
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup candied cherries, quartered
2 ½ cups small marshmallows, quartered
coconut as required
Directions
- melt butterscotch and chocolate chips in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir often
- add cheese broken into small pieces
- stir in cherries and marshmallows
- chill until mixture starts to firm
- shape into thumb-sized logs and roll in coconut
