Red Pepper Jelly Cheesecake


1 - 8 oz package cream cheese
2 - eggs
3 - cloves of garlic
½ - cup sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz. - Red pepper jelly


  1. Blend ingredients (except red pepper jelly) until smooth and creamy

  2. Add jelly, mix 'til blended

  3. Bake in dish at 350°F for 35 minutes

  4. Let stand about ten minutes

  5. Put thin layer of red pepper jelly and grated cheddar cheese on top

  6. Serve with crackers
