Red Pepper Jelly Cheesecake
Ingredients
2 - eggs
3 - cloves of garlic
½ - cup sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz. - Red pepper jelly
Directions
- Blend ingredients (except red pepper jelly) until smooth and creamy
- Add jelly, mix 'til blended
- Bake in dish at 350°F for 35 minutes
- Let stand about ten minutes
- Put thin layer of red pepper jelly and grated cheddar cheese on top
- Serve with crackers
